on the dole months now and have only found a job that is casual work wen i say casual i mean casual one day every two weeks (event security) how do the dole see this? will my dole be cut ??? do i even have to tell them ?? pls help i cannot afford to lose out on my dole it pays my bills just about.:confused:

you won't lose your dole.

You'll get little slips that your employer will fill in for you detailing which days you work - and you won't get paid dole for those days because you'll be getting paid from your job.

As long as you work 3 days or less Monday - Saturday, you're eligible.
