    Single room to rent, sharing a house with one couple (aged something like 23 and 24 i believe), who are very nice. On Eugene street, which is at the edge of Dolphin's Barn, just off Cork street. Room is available now and for for July and August and possibly September.
    Rent 375 p/m. 25 minutes walk to town, 15 minutes by bus (77, 77a, 151 on cork street). Lidl/Centra 2 minutes walk. Internet, TV, fireplace...a cornucopia of mod cons.
