Triathlon Ireland national series

    Just wondering if anybody else was missing from the national series rankings?? Done the olympic tri in Athy and am a paid up member of triathlon ireland but did not receive any ranking points.

    Also, curious about the national series itself. Only certain races are included for ranking points but the website didn't release what these races were until some had already been completed, sold out! If you are to realistically compete in the series you'd nearly have to sign up to every single race in the year just so you can compete in the selected races.

    Sorry I can't answer your questions other than the races are decided according to criteria laid out such as numbers of places available, where it is and its length such as sprint or Oly. etc

    I have noticed in previous years that it takes time for the results to appear. I would presume that times and places have to be made official and appeals heard. Also some races take time to send the results on with all the other paperwork. Just a guess on my part.

    If you ask Triathlon Ireland I am sure they can send you the answer

    I did the results up for Ti for many years. It's a thankless job so be nice.


    Also check your TI number on the results is it right? did you enter the race using the right number?

    My points for Valentia disappeared also with the latest update, I had points last week and now they are gone, Not that it is going to make any difference to anybody but me.

    I just sent an email, I'm sure they will get is sorted eventually.
