Hi, not sure if this has been covered before, but I just got offered a job paying less than the dole (part-time) and am still on hold for the welfare office.....can I still claim some dole?

It depends on how many days a week you work.

If it is 3 or less between Monday - Saturday, you can still claim part time jobseeker's payments.

You'll probably have to call into them

We've been hearing on this board for months now that SW offices all over the country aren't answering their phones.
