ARe there decent applications that allow you to view and edit microsfot office documents on an iPhone? Will be important to me in deciding whether or not to get a HTC WinMo based phone or the new iPhone 3GS. Thanks guys!

The iPhones own software let's you view Word Excel and Power Point documents, but not to edit them. An App called "Documents to go" currently let's you edit Word documents and promises an update in 3.0 to allow you edit Excel documents. There may be other Apps also, but I haven't come across them.

The inbuilt capability of a WinMo device for office applications is far superior out of the box and to be honest if I have to make changes out on the road, I tend to tether (available as standard on 3.0 software) my phone to my laptop and make the changes there.
