Magic eye to composite or something else?

    Hi All,

I currently have a room with two tv points (media room). One Tv point is connected to a chorus box and I want to also install a Sky + box in this room but I only have one remaining tv point.
All my tv points run back to a central location where I have a Centuari Switch to distribute my sky.
I can move the Sky+ box to this central location whereby it will receive the 2 inputs it requires. I then can connect my sole remaining tv point in my media room to the RF2 port of my sky+ box but this where I have my issue.
I dont have a tv in the media room I have a Bose amp thats connected to a projector. The amp can take Composite or HDMI inputs, so is it possible to connected my magic eye to my amp? (to control my SKy+ in central location and also provide picture to my amp) Or is there another alternative?

I also have 2 Cat6 points in the media room but not sure if I can do anything with these for this senario.

    Many Thanks
    J

Sky eyes only send remote signals back to change channels via coax cable. Dont really understand why you would want to connect it to your amp?

you could use a harmony 1000 to switch the sky box in another room.

    Tony,

The magic eye will be used to switch the channels but I can't feed the Coax output into my tv from the eye as I'm using a projector whcih is connected to an AMP and all I have on that is Composite or HDMI.

Therefor I'm wondering is there a coax to composite converter or will I have to get a wireless video sender??

    Thanks
    J

I think wireless video sender is an option but quality will not be great I'm afraid. If you upgraded to HD you could run a long HDMI lead without loss of quality.
