no it uses the zlotz? i cant spell it but 100 percent does not use the euro

Zloty, its about 1 Euro to 4.5 Zloty last time I checked.

Where's the best place in Dublin to get a good conversion rate or are they all pretty much the same? I'll use ATMs while I'm over there, but I'd like to have a few notes on me for when I arrive.
