Both Lidl and Aldi do boxes of chocolate pralines in the shape of seashells, they're pretty reasonable & really nice!

Natural Confectionary Company maybe do some?

Also, there are Shrimps in Marks & Spencers, usually next to the tills.

Maybe you could get some candy floss and food dye to fashion some coral, or try to make some fish shaped moulds out of plastic for jelly. Then you have some jelly fish :D

Oh and milky way chocolate stars for starfish.

Cream Horns look like shells too. Can be got at Superquinn or local bakery

M&S do lemon flavoured jelly fish, and shrimp too I think.

Yup M&S do pink shrimp and yellow 'fizzy fish',
check out pick n mix places too - sometimes you get funny shaped things.
You could have liquorice strips for seaweed maybe?
Those Guylian chocolates are good for seashell shapes.

Natural confectionary have penguins if they might do too? Their squirms could be.. um eels!
You could make shell shapes out of meringue too if you wanted.... hmm what else....
