a local thug has been up before the courts several times for various crimes including two serious assaults, one on an old person , usually he gets let off with a suspended sentence or a warning , he was up for sentencing last month according to the irish courts service website , all that it says is the court number , the judge , and his name .i haven't seen him around since the sentencing and wonder if he received a custodial sentence .
is there anyway to find out online ? surely it is a matter of public record as he terrorised the public for so long ?
