Even if I knew such a thing, I wouldn't tell you. They are fcuking fowl looking. I use an insect net if I want to leave a door or or window open.

Why not just swat them with your hand mid-interview?

When i seen "fly papers" i thought the Irish Independant were printing a really small news paper for insects.

I stayed in a hostel in Canada and they had it in the kitchen, there was about 40 blue bottles suspended vertually over the cooker, yuck, unless you like raisins in your porridge!

Just use dozens of fly ones put them inside the door and take the light bulb out to ensure success.

See this is my problem with them, not only are they visually revolting, the thought of any of them dropping into food or anything makes me sick.
The housefly (also house fly, house-fly or common housefly), Musca domestica, is the most common of all flies flying in homes, and indeed one of the most widely distributed insects; it is often considered a pest that can carry serious diseases.

And if you catch one sitting on any of your food:
House flies feed on liquid or semi-liquid substances beside solid material which has been softened by saliva or vomit. Because of their high intake of food, they deposit feces constantly, one of the factors that makes the insect a dangerous carrier of pathogens.

Isn't there some kind of poison in fly paper - i remember reading about a woman who killed her husband by disolving fly paper in his morning tea everyday for months.

OP fly paper is gross, if flys bother you so much - use a swat/ insect spray/ those little sunflower stickers you can put on your window.

I once walked face first* into one of these, fully laden with flies and got it stuck to my face.I don't think i'd have screamed as loud or flailed as wildly were i being murdered/raped (or both...or something less offensive yet still panic causing)

*i turned around, and it was upon me,i didnt stride intentionally towards it
