adding youtube vid to a post?

I have tried to post a youtube vid to a post here like so, but I fail any ideas why it fails? As I see it comes up as a white box with nothing inside it... perhaps it works for others, but not me. When I right click the white box it says 'movie not loaded'

You need to only add the video code, not the complete URL.
