    anybody know of any courses in cork that show you how to do basics to tractors eg change filters, install new lights etc.

    Sounds more like basic mech work than anything else- I'm not aware of one specifically for tractors- when most of us were kids we helped out with the machinery and with local mechanic- there really isn't very much to it......

    I also would be interested in finding out if there were courses available where a fellow could learn how to do the basics right, doesnt seem to be anything doing in any part of the country.

    Something where you would be told how to service the tractor correctly not just chancing things when attempting to service the tractor and hoping for the best.

    ya i actually got that far smarty pants. but what i cant find are the prices when the next course is on and where and how much it costs. i read that it says 10 in a group but then somewhere else that you must provide the tractor and filters etc so is it a 1-2-1 thing or is it in a group

    im not 100% sure, generally their courses are group courses, best bet is to send an e-mail or give 'em a buzz tomorrow, where are you based?

    RE: pricing tbh i havn't a clue any course i did with them they were paying me to be there!

    thats interesting. ya will defo give them a bell. would they be able to show you in the general tractor mainteance to say how to wire a switch etc
