    Re:

'By consent the Master has ordered Judgment in terms of the Notice of Motion with a stay on entry and execution for one month'

    What does this mean?

Does this mean a judgement should have been automatically received after one month or does a new affidavit need to be submitted.

I ask because I received the above message nearly eight months ago on foot of a high court proceeding and I still don't seem to have a judgement. My solicitor says there is a back-log in the courts ?? I was supposed to be seeking a judgement mortgage by now, but seems I don't even have my judgement yet??
