With the longer evenings I was hoping to get out for a quick 9 holes after work.
Can anyone recommend a few decent course around the dublin area?

What part of Dublin? Traffic can be a nightmare after work depending where you are and where you want to play!!!
I usually head to my own club, much easier to book it and not pay a thing!

I find that to be mostly a myth.... of sorts.
After work most people tend to travel either along the m50 or out from the city centre. cutting across town is normally pretty hand if you know a good way.

well he did say that it depends where you are and where you are going!

which part of dublin do you plan on "cutting across" to?

Ye i've been getting out for a few holes in the evenings for the last month but find it very busy and very slow, end up just playing 3 or 4 and heading to the practice chipping greens instead.
