Clondalkin ring road area

Can any locals give me some info on the outer ring road area of Clondalkin, particularly the estate on the east side of the ring road, between grange castle / nangor road to the south and the railway tracks to the north. How would you rate the area in terms of crime / anti social trouble in general?
