Social Networking Thesis inspiration!

    Hey All,

    Myself and some fellow Multimedia students are working on our Masters Thesis. Basically our (rough) concept is based around the following (big) themes, Social networking sites (Facebook, Bebo etc) on-line identities and interactions between real and digital worlds..vague and vast i know.

    At the moment we are looking at creating an interactive animation (whatever that is) based on the above themes...So if anyone out there has any (ANY!) ideas, comments, links on this/these concepts please let us know...it can be something you know of personally (ie. a friend met there husband/wife through a social networking site) or something you read in the paper/online (ie. http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2004/may/29/crime.uknews )

    Basically we are looking for any stories/yarns that are connected to Social networking etc,

    any help greatly appreciated,
