Did anyone remove cydia and the likes from their iPhone before they went for the 3.0 update? If you did, did you back them up beforehand first, and if so, how? If you did, did you back them up beforehand first, and if so, how?

Reason I ask, is that quite a few of you are having "issues" after updating the software to 3.0 and the last thing anyone needs is a Jailbroke iPhone that has frozen up after the update. 02/Apple would laugh you off the phone or out of the shop.

With regards to the Dev-Team releasing their new jailbreak fix, I might hold out until it's been beta tested by the public before I install it.
