You're better off asking your employer. There are a few different ways of calculating your entitlements based on the number of hours your work in a week, or calculated at a percentage of the total hours you work, depending on duration of your hours and also depending on your own personal time records so no one here can tell you exactly what you're entitled to, ask your bosses to sort it out for you they'll be able to calculate it.

your holiday entitlement would be calculated from Jan 1st.

most places, not all, work on the hours you have worked where by part time staff get 8% of hours worked as holiday pay roughly.

So for every 39 hrs workd you calculate up 3 hrs holiday time. So you would have to work 3 months to get one weeks holidays where you would recieve the equivalent weeks wage amount.

Salary workers are entitled ,depending on their contracts, paid holidays to the value of a weekly wage.

If your working week is subjct to market conditions then your holiday pay will be reduced accordingly however when calculating it your employer will take into account hours worked before the May reduction leading to slighty larger than your current weekly wage for holiday pay. But if you have taken any holidays up to now this will affect the final figure.

Im assuming your pay is hours related. if not everything above is a lie and it depends on what deal you got when you took a pay cut and work load cut.
