    Hi All,

With the affordable housing it says you only need 3% of the price saved and you get a 97% Mortgage, have been saving to buy a appartment out straight but they have nice affordable homes in my area

Do they give you a 97 % mortgage?

It's possible to get up to 97% mortgage yes. But the exact amount will vary from case to case. It will depend on how much you earn, your savings, value of property, who is lending you the money etc. So you might get offered a 97% mortgage, but you might be offered less or nothing at all.
