cycling on the road

    is there a thread already created(couldn't find it in search option)
    that could give some advice on getting back on the road.
    its been literally 16 years since i last had a bike on the road and then it was recreational is there any particular advice or tips i need or be pointed to the direction of a thread on the subject already
