Hey, ive been looking for bean bags at a reasonable price in Ireland aswell. Best i could find is this website:

I thinkin of gettin one of the cotton €65 ones - pretty cheap. they have free delivery in southeast but i was in contact with them and they will deliver to me in Westmeath for €30 euro.
