Can anyone shed any light on the R113 improvement works (Green Route) from the M50 to the Ballinteer area (near Taylors Lane)?

The work was slow and painful but they must be nearly finished now?

Thought this one was completed ages ago but the snags and other bits and pieces have indeed been dragging on. According to South Dublin CC's info on it, it's very nearly finished now.
