Where the bloody hell can I get this stamped?
No one seems to know, county council/doctors/Medical centre in work.

besides the fact that this form/procedure is a complete bloody joke, can anyone tell me where in Tallaght or South city centre I can get it stamped

Had the same problem here in Bray and got sent in ever decreasing circles .. I can't remember where we ended up in the end but we did get it done eventually. (Sorry that's not much help).

Do you have a local Citizen's Advice office somehwere in Tallaght, they might be able to help, or the Library maybe?

I signed up for it on the website and it was posted out to me about 2weeks later. Fyi : You don't need it in the UK, proof of Irish citizenship gets you the free healthcare. (I also think their NHS might be a bit more relaxed with the rules.... I think the Euro card is supposed to get you emergency care for an ailment that may prevent you travelling home)
