Can anyone suggest why the link highlighted in the attached image doesn't work. When clicked it returns nothing, completely inactive. Upgraded from IE 6 to 7 to no avail. Tried various security settings etc.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Is your javascript enabled on your browser settings?

    Yeah, it's enabled.
    Security is set to default.
    Any other ideas ?

    Thanks.

Check to see if your Browser is actually set to be the default.

    In IE7 it's under

    Tools
    Internet Options
    Programs TAB
    Make Default.

    I'm sure it's similar in IE8

IE 6 is the worst browser ever. Why you still using it?

It may be a personal choice or it could even be a work related issue where the user has no choice, either way, why is it that on Boards.ie, every time a user seeks help with an IE issue they are immediately meet with a bombardment of unhelpful replies such as, "IE is crap" or "Use Firefox"?

If you are not prepared to assist by trying to sort the OP's initial request, why say anything at all?

Why don't you start your own IE bashing thread?
