Hi johnnyc, I got a Panasonic TX-L32G10L today and programmed my Sky+ HD remote for it no problem.

    Step 1,

take the remote out of the room so that it cannot "talk" to the TV or Sky box.

    Step 2,
    Press TV

    Step 3,

Press and hold Select and the Red button simultaneously for about 2 or three seconds until the red led on the remote control blinks twice.

    Step 4,
Enter the remote code for the tv
I used 0678 as the code for my tv

    Step 5,

For Sky+ HD Remote: After entering the code the remote will automatically blink the led twice indicating that the code has been entered

For Sky+ and Ordinary Sky remotes: After entering the code press Select and the remote will blink the led twice indicating that the code has been entered.

Then try to control the TV for volume etc. On some older remotes you may have to drop the 0 from the code so my code would have become 678 had I an older Sky remote.

If you had no luck post up and I will get you more codes, the exact model of your Tv would be helpful as a good few Panasonic tvs end in the G10 prefix.

    Hi johnny,

I would be very doubtful if that can be done, the only way would be the via "Viera" functions but I am very doubtful. Your best bet would probably be to get a universal all-in one remote that will do the sky, dvd, TV, etc.
