Looks like a big improvement with support for Blu-Ray Drive, Blu-Ray ISO's, Gigabit Ethernet, Faster Processor, Flash, More connections for HDD's.....

No announcement on price or date yet but if its competitive then I can see me being tempted as could replace both my existing PCH and BR player.

Hardly amazing really, it doesn't come with a BluRay drive and you need a memory stick to play back BluRay disks. Some of the other NMT manufacturers have better offerings out here already e.g. HDI.
