Nagios Graphing/Frontends/Config Util

What add-ons/systems built on Nagios do people use? We're looking for a new Nagios based system or add-ons for Nagios that provide easy config, allow for proper graphing based on SNMP and give proper reports. We're thinking of Lilac and tying into Cacti but I'd be interested in hearing what other people are using.

OPSView is a godsend.

You should also look into B.A.S.E and OSSIM.
