Driving Range near Ennis?

    Hi,

    I've recently moved to Ennis, Co. Clare and I've been trying to find a location nearby that has a driving range. I think there used to be one in Ennis Golf club but this seems to have gone a few years ago.

    anyone any local knowledge or ideas?

    Dromoland Golf Academy. Great driving range and putting/chipping facilities. Dave Foley is the pro and director of golf there. Go here to see the range. About €275 to join for the year. Dromoland, as you may know is about 15 minutes from Ennis. Down the dual carriageway another 15-20 minutes is Coonagh driving range off the Coonagh roundabout (the second and main roundabout you meet coming from Ennis to limerick.
