    Hi, Ive heard that theres a non contact kickboxin class midweek in park muire school for adults but thats all i know. Would be interested in joinin for get fit purposes. Anyone have anymore info (days/times)? Cheers folks!

    Bein honest its crap! I hear jackie skellys do a kickboxing class too thats meant to be ok, or boxing in ryston or bjj in the curragh
