In fairness your not going to find many suppliers of that particular part, I saw PCHub.com list it , but its out of stock. eBay will probably be your best and only bet, unless you contact Dell direct and I imagine they will try and fleece you for the part.
Have you tried to source the whole motherboard, including that sub-board and see if its available? Possibly for a similar price if you find a good seller.
