    Folks

Looking for a recommendation for Sports Massage in Knocklyon area. Hamstrings need a bit of work

Also work a lot in Kilkenny so wouldn't mind a recommendation for there

Any idea of price for a sesssion ( is a session 30 min, 45 min or an hour?)

    Thanks

There is a clinic on maudlin street that does sports physio that are meant to be good, but i don't have their details - i do remember they have a website though - so maybe google might be of help there. I go to a guy called pat treacy in gowran but that might be out of your way, if its not PM me and i'll send on his details..
