im on my 3rd week with mine and i'm loving it like my first born.

it will take a lot of processing off your cpu and the dynamic impulse response thingymabob sounds stunning.

highlights for me so far are the distressor, manley slam & vari-mu, neve 1073, ssl G & E comps and eq and the two new chandler eq's.

also the price is pretty good right now. they're going for around 300/350.

i also know of someone selling one that was only used for one session, if you're interested ill grab his email address tomorrow and PM it to you?

It's great. Have mine about a year and a half. For acoustic gtr, drums and vocals it's by "go-to" for comps and eq

I had one and didn't like it at all.
Found it very grainy and harsh.
I never once used the knobs on the unit when I had it so the control surface aspect made no difference.
My main channel strip now would be waves SSL or URS Channel strip pro.
The URS is similar to the liquid mix in that it models lots of eqs and compressors but sounds WAY better to my ears. It runs natively but with a fast computer and lots of ram that is not an issue.

Another plus with the URS is that you can track with it whereas the liquid mix has very high latency which is also a big issue if you are using PT LE or MP which don't have automatic latency compensation.

Trackmix, that's very bad form ....

Are you implying you get what you pay for?
Is that what you're saying ?

    Bah Humbug ;)

+1 I like the compressors on it they are nice to have but I found the Eq's very harsh. Gone off it to be honest.
