    My mam is in LA, wants to know if I want anything. Does anyone know of any really nice make up or anything I should ask for? She always gets me a little gift when she's away, so I might as well ask. I only have foundation and blusher at the moment.
    Is benefit cheaper there?
    What brands are cheaper there?

    I found Clinique to be particularly cheap. Perhaps look on their site and see if you like anything...

    oh mary! where do i start?

    obviously everything is cheaper over there, i think mac eyeshadows retail at $14, so maybe look a few up online and get your order in but thats where the good stuff is- get to their pharmacies:-

    covergirl is a brilliant brand, stock up a few of their mascaras- lash blast is a good one and think there is a lash blast mascara that comes with a light glitter in it or something but for $7 or $8 you cannot go wrong

    maybelline, revlon, etc all stock things in the States we cant get here. get onto Walgreens and CVS websites and check if there is anything you want.

    ask your mum to go to Sephora and get some MUFE products; their HD foundation is aaaaamazing as is their Smokey Lash mascara (that would be the number 1 product or any list of mine- you cant get it here)

    when i lived out there, i used to buy Redken Shampoo and Conditioner in the supermarket for $10 a bottle but they also have Bedhead, Paul Mitchell, you name it, they got it

    i am so jealous, if i was going back to the US i would a spare suitcase for the cosmetics alone
