I decided that I need to read more, and by more, I mean something other than Empire Magazine :pac:, so I set up a definitive list of books to read.

So far I have finished Lord of the Flies.
I liked it. I loved the transition of the kids from defiant kids free of superior authority and able to pull their own ropes, to complete monsters, driven almost insane by their own power and greed. The character transition was done excellently, and the ending was chilling.
I would give it a 3.5/5. It loses 1.5 because I felt some bits were a bit lacking in something I can't really put my finger on, and I think the gruesomeness of some scenes were a bit unnecessary...

I am now tackling my way through Ulysses.
I will probably have it done some time around Christmas :pac:
