    Cycling coverage tends to veer towards earnest discussions of gear ratios and carbon fibre gizmos, something we want to avoid. We also hope to steer clear of endless debates about red lights and/or belligerent car drivers. Cycling, in the main, is enjoyable, not a source of conflict.

    :rolleyes: We'll see how long that lasts. Did somebody say helmet...?

    Indeed, but only after I've read this whilst planning the revolution in the margins of this.

    Then I like to read Nigel Slater inThe Observer to get a nice recipe for something comforting like bread and butter pudding with creamy mashed potato.

    Either dish is very good after a long spin (phew...back OT:D)
