Does anyone else suffer these "Beer Pains"?

So a friend of mine when he's drinking suffers what we've come to know as "beer pains". He gets them after his first beer and then they go away as he continues to drink. We were wondering if anyone else suffers them too? And if you do, do you know what's causes it. (he's not a coeliac) Thanks

This isn't a discussion suitable to an internet forum where unqualified posters can take guesses about a condition such as this. Anyone suffering 'pains' like this should consider what they're doing and the damage they may be causing to themselves, they need to consult with a doctor.
