Hi

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I set up an entropay account but then cancelled it and there was money in the virtual card I then contacted entropay by email to refund the money back into my personal card and they said that they would do that, 6 days later and there is no sign of the money in my card. I conntacted them again and they said that it must be a banks problem but its not cause i contacted the bank. Please help has this happened to anyone before?:(:mad::(
