    Can anybody please advise I want to change car to a diesel automatic would have bought a subaru diesel but no automatic

    Please advise what diesel auto you would think do any have the feature where engine cuts out when waiting in traffic or at traffic lights


    I would like a high spec with all the bells and whistles and must be automatic

    Last time I asked at a dealership, Subaru were supposed to be bringing in the diesel automatic towards the end of this year.

    As far as I'm aware, non of the Auto's offer the stop/start technology.

    The engine usually restarts when you push the clutch back in.

    If I were you, I'd be looking for anything with the DSG box - by far the best auto around. Although, the Auto Diesel Mondeo is nice and smooth.
