How much tax would I be paying on $40,000 in Pennsylvania? Is it just 3.07%? Also any good sites for accommodation. I would like something in the country maybe 20 or so miles from Pittsburg. Thanks for any info?

You would also have to pay Federal taxes of 15.5% and other local taxes
