How do I get to cork early?

    Morning all,

I have a bit of a dilemma,I need to be in Cork tomorrow morning by about 8:45.

I planned on taking a bus/train,but when I checked the timetables for both last night,I was surprised to see that it's not possible to get there on public transport from Waterford until close to 10 o'clock.

I won't be able to drive and am a little stumped as to what to do here.It just never occured to me that there wouldn't be any earlier trains/buses

I've racked my brains on this all morning to no avail.
I'd appreciate any thoughts/suggestions any of you might have.
    Thanks

    Danny.

I have considered this, but I'm trying to avoid it as my wife has been ill the last couple of days and I really don't want to have to leave her alone with our two young children if I can at all help it.

It's only an hour and a half drive, and the earliest bus is 8am,crazy on what is such a major route.

Can I borrow your teleporter? :)

You might be able to pay someone you know who's out of work to bring you?

Assuming a room is €100 i'm sure someone you know would do it for €150ish and you can bus it back

Realistically, you can't catch a flight from Cork Airport before midday without a car or a lift either.
