    Hey Guys,

I am currently training for the achill half marathon, my routine consists of two short runs a week (12Km) and a longer run of 14 or 16Km.

These are all ran at a fairly comfortable pace, i.e. 12Km in an hour with my heart rate well in my cardio zone..

I have been looking about for a program for 8Km races as I'm also going to run the Streets of Galway in August..all I can seem to find is 'practice running faster' type stuff..

Do ye know of any good programs for say running this even around the 33 minute mark?

    Thanks in advance

    Dan

i was looking for something similar last week and i came across these ones on the time-to-run website. They have plans for goal times between 33 and 50 minutes built on 3 week cycles.
