Driver program!!

    Hi there, Can anyone tell me if there is a program I could download for free!! to update drivers on my laptop!! Driver Detective says its free but then you have to register!! seems alot of my drivers are not up-to-date, and since updating Picaso my camera wont work to transfer pics!! Any help Thanks. :rolleyes:

    Go to the website of the manufacturer and search for drivers there. You can also go to the Device Manager, look at all your components there and search for drivers that way. Control Panel ->System in Vista and Control Panel ->Performance and Maintenance->System in XP.
    Driver Detective is not free. IIRC costs $30 max but it does save a lot of hassle. You get multiple installs with that.
