Help!!!! No sound as HP laptop mute botton stuck

    Hi Guys

    I have a HP pavilion tx2000. 3 days ago I turned on the mute botten but it has refused to go off (ie stuck with orange light constantly on)

    Anyone know how i can fix this?

    Go to the volume button in your start bar and just adjust the volume level.

    If that doesnt work something has gone wrong with the quickplay buttons driver.

    Thanks for your help but i tried that and it didnt work. Said i had no driver installed.
    A mate of mine just told me to install the Uniblue driver sacnner and update my drivers.
    Viola!! i got my sound back.

    Thanks People. That was driving me mad;-)
