Whats the best ways to record a band live in the studio with video?
Obviously there'll be some bleed but to look good on camera obviously headphones would be out of the question. so would you set up monitors or what??

I don't see a problem with headphones, it's a feature of studio work so it's normally part of the video. Remember Band Aid?

Really depends on the studio and on the reason for the video. I'd imagine the if the video was more important you could set up with wedges in the studio. In fact quite a lot of people like to use wedges in a recording enviornment anyway.

If the audio recording was the primary motive for being in the studio you could I suppose use in ears which are discreet enough. Of course you could also just mime the parts anyway.
