Fiberwig: Best mascara EVER!!!

Not usually one to RAVE about makeup. My cousin bought this for me in Sephora while visiting the US...It's a Japanese brand.

It's unreal. I've never worn false eyelashes, so I can't say whether it gives the same effect, as the package claims...But it looks amazing..Better yet, it STAYS ON like you wouldn't believe. I'm a terrible eye-rubber...I rubbed them hard on purpose as a test....Not a smudge.

I wore it while sweating at the gym, then tried to rub it off again...Still no budge...When I wanted it to come off, all I had to do was wash my face with warm water and gently press the lashes with my fingers...No need to use harsh make up removers...It came off like a dream.

The name is kind of creepy (maybe it doesn't translate well from Japanese?) and it's not very cheap. My cousin paid about 23 dollars for it...That said, it's well worth seeking out if you travel, or buying on Ebay. (I haven't seen it here yet.)

    It's here
    http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P174100

Looks good. My mascara usually ends up half way down my face this time of year (hayfeaver :() so OP's review has me intrigued.

I bought this a while back and didn't find it amazing. I prefer using a white base coat under my mascara instead for big lashes. Might give it another try this morning. How many layers do you use?

yes, it's a tubing mascara like Kiss Me, but it works better for me than Kiss Me did.

Just tried mine there again today after reading this thread and I still prefer my usual. It doesn't make lashes as fat. I also find the wand quite cumbersome.

Have you ever tried Bad Gal Lash from Benefit or DiorShow?

Is it as good as either of these?

2 coats Lancome Cils Booster XL (a white base mascara), 2 coats Loreal Lash Architect. After 3 coats of Fiberwig, I could see it wouldn't be what I wanted (long, fat, separated).

I don't think fiberwig is that great, unless you like having clumpy lashes. It does make your lashes look longer but up close it doesn't look good!

I use Boots No. 7 "Extreme length" mascara (in a bronze coloured tube) and it's fantastic, really lengthens lashes and doesn't clump at all!

    Diorshow = <3
If only it wasn't so fudging expensive...

I've been using Maybelline's Colossal Volum' Express Mascara lately and I find it amazing. Huge brush and a fantastic substitute when the bank account is a little too low for Dior...(which is pretty much always for me lol)

It's one of the new types of mascara that coats your lashes in little tubes!

You remove it with warm water and a cotton pad at the end of the night.

Theres a loreal one and I have a too faced one too!
