I have just been offered the job as a café supervisor. My previous experience in a supervisory role was in a busy city centre bar about 2 years ago. I know I will get into the job, but I am worried they will expect me to know everything straight away, invoices, ordering etc. Has anybody dont this role before, if so what will be expected of me on a day to day basis. Thanks in advance

An ex of mine used to do this. There was always a manager as well as a supervisor on duty, so if this is the case with you, the manager will be able to teach you the bits you don't know. Certainly they will want to supervise your first orders etc., so I think you have little to worry about!

Thanks for that, also I am a little worried that the people already working there will see me as "the one who just barged in and took over", that kind of way, maybe I just worrying over nothing.....??

Make sure you find out (from the manager) why none of the existing workers got the job. If you're lucky, no one wanted it. But I doubt you'll be so lucky.
