trying to figure out what to do, so that we can get to the next stage. Basically, we need to get loans, but can't, as my personal credit sucks, but we've managed so far to get on tax rebate, a van, (96 bongo) a cream separator, a butter churn, some samples, etc. I need to get a shed up, milking parlour and see about a unit and some cheese vats, etc . Got the goats, and hoping to be ready to do something with the milk next year. Would like to get a 50ltre ph batch pasteurizer and batch freezer for the ice cream. I can get packaging. etc. Done a farmhouse cheese course, Goat A.~I., demo days for the ice cream, etc.

Just my leaving cert son said that things would be better if we were a limited company, - I have The Caprine Scene at the CRO as a sole trader, would I actually be better going to a limited company in order to get ahead.
