We need to get diamond engagement ring valued for renewal of home insurance Insurance companies seem reluctant to recommend jewellers - just that they be reputable (?) We have tried several jewellers, but none of them are prepared to value the diamond or wanted to 'send it away'. Any suggestions whom to see in Dublin area…

Any suggestions whom to see in Dublin area who can value the ring on the spot in-house?

How much can we expect a valuation to cost?
