    Hi guys,

    I'm currently working on costumes for a show The Hostage by Brendan Behan and am trying to source boxing gear. Preferably 1950/60 era but any thing without massive sporting logos will do. Money is quite tight so free or low price would be great. Anyone have any suggestions where i might be able to source them. All items will be returned in the condition they are received. I know its a big ask so any help is greatly appreciated.

    We have 1 maybe 2 pairs of gloves that are from the 60/70's hanging in our gym..........and pretty sure there is a head guard aswell........ya can have a look see if they'll do.........ya better bring them back ;)

    That'd be great! Don't worry they'd be returned.... trouble is i'd need them from the start of july until mid august, the show is running for 4 weeks. Would that be too long? We have a photocall on monday 22nd june so if the length of the show run is too long to have them for could we borrow them for that day?

    Yeah its no probs as they dont get used anyho.........so you can hold onto them for a while if ya need.......I will be down in the club on Monday from 8 to 9 o'clock if ya want to come down and have a look at them.

    If ya need directions etc just pm me.
