    Looks like the NRA are progressing with the above PPP, ad today on etenders site looking for technical advisory services refer to link

    Coupled with the Arklow Rathnew and Newlands Cross ad a week or so ago it looks like the PPP type of contract is going to continue...

    These are all the pre-contract tenders really. They're pushing ahead with them yes, but the big thing is the PPP funding for the main contracts. With Ireland credit rating going down the can, who knows what will happen :(

    Just found out that New Ross will have three junctions. One on the east of the river at the current N25 (roundabout) one at the west with the N30 (roundabout) and a junction in the middle (dunno the name of the road) but that will be a GSJ.
